**RETAIL STORE MANAGER - LAUNCESTON**:
**INTRODUCTION**:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our passionate team based in Launceston. You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets as well as manage the day-to day operations of the business.

**LOCATION**:
Launceston, TAS

**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking an experienced **Store Manager** to lead our passionate team based in **Launceston.** You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets as well as manage the day-to day operations of the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s,
- Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards,
- Rostering to ensure great customer service,
- Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood,
- Stocktakes,
- Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A love of the country and a passion for our product and our brand
- You will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united team
- A commercial retail operator with strong organisation skills across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Able to work on a fixed roster across the week as well as every second Saturday
