MAURI, part of the George Weston Foods Group and Associated British Foods, one of the world's largest food businesses, is a leading supplier of high-quality flours, yeasts, pre-mixes, improvers, grains and animal nutrition, employing over 600 people over 14 sites in Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Production Operator to join our production facility in Port Adelaide.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Ensuring accurate blending of flour and filling of bulk flour packing bins
- Recording and entering production data
- Completing safety and quality checks as per procedures
- Communicating breakdowns to Warehouse & Packing Supervisor
- Ensuring adequate supplies of packing consumables are on hand
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

The role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern (Morning, Afternoon, Night) Monday-Friday.

What will you bring to the role?

**To be successful in this role you will ideally have**:

- Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient preparation and processing machinery
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to safety
- The desire to increase your knowledge and skill
- A valid forklift licence is an advantage, but not a requirement
