As a Customer Contact Officer, you’ll play a vital role in connecting customers both inbound and outbound with the support that they need. Working in a fast moving and ever-changing call centre environment, you will develop valuable skills in problem solving and customer service.

You will work as part of a dynamic team of professionals, receiving comprehensive training to help you grow and succeed in your role. We are committed to helping our team members reach their full potential.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literate with good typing skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Confidence to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely

**Key Information**
- ** Bonus** available for team members who join before 30 June 23
- Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities
- Located at Box Hill, close to transport and amenities
- Onsite full-time paid training and time to consolidate your learning
- Hours of operation Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm

- Work 3 days in office and 2 days’ work from home once training is completed and you are confident and ready to take calls
