- *These roles will also require some flexibility to be able to travel to the local centers in the area as the needs of the business dictates.*_

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The role itself is a multi-faceted role of customer service, admin and operations.
- A Day-to-Day Life of a Storage Consultant Consists Of: _
- Working in a customer facing environment to deliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
- Assisting & servicing the Commercial Customer Base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist in ensuring the Centre achieves its budgeted KPI goals.
- Conduct centre tours and walk throughs which showcase our facilities.
- Establish a focus on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards.
- Maximize sales conversion opportunities via various ports of communication.
- Maintain a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Complete arrears management steps to ensure accounts are kept up to update and offer solutions where feasible.
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims
- ** Part Time Role is 21 hours a week, working 8AM-5PM on 2 days during the week and 9AM - 2PM Saturdays at a rate of $26.11 per hour + Superannuation.**

**What you will bring**:

- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- You have a motivated, proactive and positive attitude
- Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Driver’s license and car (preferred)
- Have strong administration skills
- Impeccable Attention to detail
- Driven by results & an eagerness to take ownership over your work.
