**Working with an energetic, well renowned and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Supporting project teams on a variety of projects within the civilian and Defence aviation and infrastructure sectors
- Opportunities to travel to airports and airfields across Australia (and beyond), to scope and audit lighting and electrical works, and inspect the construction and commissioning of works you have designed
- Develop Aeronautical Ground Lighting, apron floodlighting, electrical and control system design solutions for a broad range of airports and Defence airfields
- Deliver discipline specific design and drafting services that meet our client, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design
- Preparation of drawings, models and designs to meet client specifications, project briefs and tenders

**What you will bring to the team?**
- Advanced Diploma of Electrical Engineering or equivalent with preferably more than 5 years of electrical design experience
- An ability to understand, develop and design electrical systems that meet specific requirements, standards and safety regulations
- Strong skills in computer software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or specialised electrical design tools) to create technical drawings that detail the layout, dimensions, and connections of electrical components, systems, and wiring
- Whilst not mandatory, having experience in the design of Aeronautical Ground Lighting systems, airport infrastructure and/or illumination software modelling is considered beneficial
- Previous experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy environment is desirable
- Ability to build, maintain and manage strong client relationships
- Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred due to work on Defence projects
