**Lead a Caring Team: Team Leader - Delivered Meals & Property Maintenance (Aged Services)**

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality delivered meals and property maintenance services, manage operational functions to meet organisational goals and performance measures and contribute to strategic and business planning to achieve financial, quality management, client service, and best practice objectives.
- This role is funded by the Australian Government's Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care Package Program, and extension is based on funding availability. _

**Skills, experience and certificates**:

- Relevant qualifications or industry knowledge and experience relevant to delivered meals and/or community services.
- Demonstrated experience working within community aged care or health settings and in managing or leading community support services
- Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Reforms and understanding of the physical, social & cultural needs of frail elderly people & people with disabilities or dementia and their Carers.
- Demonstrated experience in working within Commonwealth and/or State Funded programs.
- Ability to be innovative and work on future planning for the best outcomes, with experience in overseeing budgets and financial reporting and working effectively as part of a team and autonomously.

**Essentials**:

- CPR / First Aid certificate

**Mandatory Pre-employment screenings**:

- Driver's Licence
- Working with Children’s checks (or willing to obtain)
