**Our Opportunity**

We are searching for a passionate Executive Assistant (EA) to support our progressive and innovative executive team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO); the EA works closely with the executive team supporting our national and international operations. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity during a period of rapid growth and change.

A day in the role includes:

- Ensuring filing and office administrative systems are maintained at optimum performance.
- Own event management activities such as setting up of internal management and training conferences.
- Assist with business related projects
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Handling expense management activities
- Providing general administrative support
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents on behalf of the executive team

This will be a diverse and dynamic role that allows you to take ownership and get things done in a flexible, part-time capacity if required.

**The Right Person**

To succeed you will have:

- Proven experience working in a similar EA position
- High level of initiative and integrity
- Highly organised, efficient and a detail-oriented individual
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and juggle competing demands simultaneously
- Able to maintain a high sense of confidentiality.
