**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Data Analytics activities within the Engineering, Planning, Asset, and Sustainability Management Team.
- Provide digital solutions for asset data management and sustainability improvement.
- Improve data transfer processes with service delivery partners, site inspection, and project teams.
- Compile, benchmark, and analyze performance indicators related to asset performance, data quality, maintenance history, and service costs.
- Develop insights and recommendations for relevant managers in line with performance requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with contract support, operational services teams, clients, and subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Data and Analytics, with Lean Six Sigma and Project Management training desirable.
- Technical competencies in data management, manipulation, modeling, geospatial modeling, statistical analysis, visualizations, commercial problem-solving, creativity, communication, project management, and leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as MS Azure, Amazon S3, MySQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI.
