**Mapple Care - a NDIS registered provider**is currently seeking casual **Disability Support Worker**to support a female participant in **Wonthaggi Victoria. Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm - 4 hours everyday. If you are passionate about providing care and support for people who require assistance whilst living independently at home, then we would like to talk with you**

**About Mapple Care**

- Certificate III in Disability, or Aged, or Individual Support
- 6+ Months experience in the industry, ideally with personal care, domestic and companionship care experience.
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Blue Card
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Smart phone
- Driver’s licence and your own vehicle or reliable access to a vehicle
- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
