Quality Engineering Manager

The position will initially oversee testing activities for the Radiologist Experience (RadX) Program - a high-profile, multi-year transformation program, with a primary objective to improve the experience of radiologists' working at I-MED. Leveraging this platform you will then lead the quality engineering capability for all of I-MED.

Provide guidance on all aspects of the test pyramid, with a bias for automation. You will promote testing best practices and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and solutions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you

**What you'll do**
- Develop and oversee testing strategies, frameworks, and processes
- Coach cross-functional teams to uplift testing capability to ensure ownership and quality engineering occurs in the team that develop and deliver the work
- Allocate resources, manage risks and issues related to testing, and report on testing outcomes
- Establish and manage pre-production environments across I-MED
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

**What you've done**
- Extensive experience in a Test Manager role
- Proficient in various testing methodologies and types (e.g., unit, integration, functional, performance, user acceptance)
- Experience with test management tools
- Previous experience within a leadership role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Agile development (Scrum) methodologies
