**About the roles**:
**Care Service Employee**:

- to provide person centred care to ANHF’s residents to meet their identified needs and to enable them to enjoy optimal independence in a home like environment.

**Care Service Employee Certificate IV** - responsible for all the required processes in the provision of high quality care services in ANHF residential home

**Qualified Lifestyle Officer** - To the provision of high-quality lifestyle activities for residents and to participate in the planning and delivery of activities for residents in the facility.

**Administrative Assistant** - to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the local facility and support Facility Manager / Care Manager on daily operation.

**The Requirements**:
**Care Service Employee**:

- Previous experience caring for older people in a residential setting & attained Certificate level III in Aged Care Work.

**Care Service Employee Certificate IV**:

- Holds a Certificate IV in Aged Care Work; and a Certificate III in Aged Care Work; and Medication module; or Hold other appropriate qualifications acceptable to the employer
- Experience in residential aged care

**Qualified Lifestyle Officer**:

- Holds a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle;
- Minimum 1-year experience in aged care or demonstrated experience in running activities for older people.

**Administrative Assistant**:

- Experienced working in an administrative /clerical role
- Demonstrated good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated good telephone manner and good interpersonal skills

**Other requirements**:

- National Police Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
- Evidence of a good team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and write simple report in either Chinese or English.
- Basic computer skills.

**How to Apply**

**Experience**:

- working in residential aged care: 1 year (preferred)
- administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- running activities for elderly: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (preferred)
