- Broad knowledge of Allied Health clinical service provision.
- Lead targeted research and development regarding allied health service planning initiatives relevant to policy and procedure management and the broader health services network.
- Investigate and research alternative models of care/service delivery and recommend effective redesign options suitable to the clinical, geographic and fiscal context of Metro South Health.
- Seek to publish methodology and findings in peer reviewed literature and conference presentations.
- Lead the policy document rationalisation project ensuring high level interpersonal and written communication skills are demonstrated to negotiate and consult effectively with key stakeholders.
