**_Positions available_**
Head Sommelier
Lead our fantastic wine program at OTTO, along with leading our team of 3 Sommeliers. This role is supported by our exceptional Group Wine Director, Yallop and highly accomplished General Manager, Matthew Sharrock.
**_What we are looking for_**
WSET Level 3 or above (or equivalent).
2 years + experience as Sommelier in a management capacity.
Ability to lead and drive a team
Passionate about training and development - we promote and encourage further wine study through courses and qualifications, but also on the job training.
A passion for and knowledge of premium wine offerings
Knowledge of the Australian and international market
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detailed knowledge of food and all beverages.
Full Australian working rights
Available to work nights, weekends, and a rotating roster - we are open for varying services across Monday - Sunday.
