**ADENCO** is currently on the lookout for a Mobilization Coordinator to join our team in Western Australia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- As part of the mobilization team, be responsible for mobilizing new hires and existing team members to multiple clients and project sites each month.
- Assist in booking medicals, training, inductions, and other pre-mobilization requirements.
- Update company records such as training matrices, roster spreadsheets and ADENCO databases.
- Ordering and distribution of PPE.
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to meet mobilization deadlines.
- Find solutions to roadblocks within the mobilization process.
- Book travel and accommodation when required.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of mobilization experience in the mining or oil and gas industry.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly computer literate and efficient with systems (Enable Logistics, ERMS, Definitiv, Workflow, RTIO Sustaining Capital Mobilization) or similar systems will be beneficial.
- Positive mindset and ability to multitask and prioritize work functions.
- Strong team player and willingness to assist with duties outside of the defined job role.
- Ability to think critically and find solutions to issues.
