At **Feedwell**, we’re building something fresh — literally. Our popular Pitt St store is home to fast, wholesome food, great coffee, and Australia’s first **Wellness Bar** blending smoothies with benefits. We serve thousands of CBD workers weekly, and we’re looking for a confident, organised, and hands-on leader to take ownership of the store — and develop into a standout Store Manager.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience as an **Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor or similar**:

- Demonstrated ability to **lead a team during service**:

- Strong organisational skills and a calm, hands-on style
- A **people-first mindset**, but with a sharp eye for standards and consistency
- **Permanent working rights** (Australian Citizen or PR - this is a long-term role)

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and organise a team of 6-8 across front-of-house, coffee station, Wellness Bar, cleaning, and restocking
- Set clear expectations and keep team members accountable during shifts
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and customer service flow
- Manage weekly rosters, stock ordering, and operational checklists
- Step into a bigger leadership role with mentoring from senior management
