**Store Manager -**Full Time
**Reports To**: Cluster Manager / Multi-Region Retail Manager
**Direct Reports**: Store Team
**Location**: Warringah Mall, Northern Beaches

We are seeking an experienced **Store Manager** to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring high standards of store presentation.

As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve results, build a culture of high performance, and uphold company values and policies.

This role requires strong people management, commercial acumen, and the ability to foster team engagement while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
- Manage store profitability, loss prevention, and cost controls.
- Oversee rostering, training, stock management, and compliance with workplace health & safety.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
