We have an opportunity for someone to join our team as an all-rounder. Here at Zone Bowling, we have 3 departments which include Bowl, Café, and Facilities, as an all-rounder you would get the opportunity to experience the best of all three.
You must be able to work under pressure and at times a fast-paced environment, we ask that you have excellent customer service. you would need to have or be willing to get your Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). We are a friendly, happy team and would love you to join us.
- Guest Service Attendant your role is to provide the ultimate guest experience for all of our customers.
- Café Team Member You’ll need to be organized and a great multitasker with a passion for producing great food from our exciting food and beverage offering.
- Facilities Team Member can consider yourself a 'jack of all trades'? Join our Facilities Team
**What you can expect to do**:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers
- Operate a POS system/registers
- Good problem-solving skills
**What we need from you**:
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Be approachable and confident interacting with customers
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
