**About the Role**:
As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, you will have the chance to work with a talented team on a variety of sites across the** Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast and out to Toowoomba.** You will be responsible for assisting in gardening maintenance and landscaping projects, ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction from your Team Leader are essential for success in this role.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience (desirable).
- Possession of HS&E white card and working with children check (or willingness to obtain them).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivation to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Valid manual driver's license.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
