**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Cost Control Manager, you will prepare the company's Opex and summary of cost evolution with reporting of unusual cost behaviour and follow up on all Open Discussion points from Monthly Opex meetings until resolved.
**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Prepare Surcharges (Extra Costs) report monthly and follow up with stakeholders to establish the reasons for cost evolution
Prepare Monthly Agility report for Oceania Agencies (regular) & for ANL Carrier (When required)
Ensure the custodians of Agility Initiatives have a tight control on their cost & Revenue structures and regularly thrive to achieve the Opex as well as revenue Optimization targets for the year
Ensure the Agility Initiatives are regularly updated (In group tools) and their methodologies challenged by the respective functional heads for both Oceania Agencies and ANL Carrier
Support cost control manager & other ANL department in analysis and studies
Support Benchmarking exercise for all Oceania Agencies in collaboration with APAC Cost Control
Any other tasks or Adhoc works assigned by the manager, CFO & Financial Controllers
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Management Accounting or relevant discipline
Experience in business financial/operational analysis focused on revenue & cost drivers
Exposure to advanced ERP systems and reporting tools is advantageous
Highly developed computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to Cost Control and/or cost cutting plans would be beneficial
Excellent analytical skills with sound understanding of operational cost structure
Ability to communicate and deal with staff at all levels of the business, including Senior Management
