About the Role

**Front Office Attendant | Mermaid Waters Hotel | Newly Renovated Venue**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Front Office / Reception Staff to join our friendly team at the newly renovated Mermaid Waters Hotel This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. Shifts are available across 7 days, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

**A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant**:

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
- Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
- You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are highly organised and have great computer skills
- You hold a current RSA certificate
