Packamama, an innovative multinational company in sustainable wine packaging, is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to take the lead in Australia (and potentially New Zealand). **What You’ll Be Doing**:
This full-time, office-based role combines the best of sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service. You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to reshape wine packaging and reduce the industry’s carbon footprint. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with wineries, producers, distributors, and retailers across Australia.
- Driving B2B sales with enthusiasm while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Ensuring on-time product delivery by coordinating with production partners and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with the team to execute marketing initiatives that promote our sustainable packaging solutions.
- Representing Packamama at industry events, trade shows, and key meetings to grow brand presence.
- Developing and aligning sales strategies with growth objectives, contributing to Packamama’s business goals.
- Supporting sales operations by managing pricing strategies, forecasting, and budgeting.

**Experience that will make you stand out**:
- Knowledge of Australia’s wine industry - whether through work experience or study.
- Familiarity with wine packaging or drinks packaging, including the product and process.
- Experience using Salesforce (a major advantage).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (a must).
