33Grill Bar & Dining at Novotel Sydney, West HQ, is recruiting for experienced restaurant professionals to join the team. 33Grill offers a luxurious atmosphere where our guests can enjoy fine dining with a Mediterranean inspired à la carte dinner menu, a post dinner drink at our elegant bar or full buffet breakfast service.

**The day-to-day**:
**Bar**: team members prepare the perfect pour, master their latte art, impress with their mixology skills and make explaining the difference between a sauv blanc and a chardonnay look oh-so easy

**Dining**: team members are knowledgeable on our broad range of culinary delights, they make suggestions based on dietary requirements and assist with ensuring our meals are delivered on time, every time, with a warm smile

**Our Perfect Fit**:

- Previous experience in a premium dining destination (a la carte or fine dining in a hotel environment preferred);
- Strong knowledge of dining service, engaging and outgoing personality;
- Excellent beverage knowledge (including wine and cocktails);
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment;
- Ability to quickly learn the 33Grill menu in order to enhance the experience of our guests;
- Immaculate personal presentation; and
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
