**Responsibilities**:
As a Town Planner with our client, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning projects
- Assessing the environmental, social, and economic impact of proposed developments
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies
- Writing fee proposals.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field
- Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Solid understanding of the Victorian Planning Provisions.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficient time management skills.
