**The Opportunity**

This role will see you:

- Being the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed
- Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues
- Help grow and maintain relationships with a range of top tier clients
- Work closely with other professions, both internally and externally, to help deliver practical and timely outcomes for clients
- Connect and share knowledge with our team of Planners across other geographies

**About You**

First and foremost, you share our passion for bettering the communities we live and work within, both now and in the future. You are a qualified, experienced town planner who has often been described as dependable and responsive; you are known for doing what you say you’ll do. You will come to us with:

- Extensive experience in the local market, working in a diverse range of projects, geographies and stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of town planning, both strategic and statutory
- Proven ability to negotiate and mediate to affect mutually beneficial outcomes
- The ability to communicate effectively with our clients and contractors to achieve great results within a complex project environment
