**The Role**
Busy venue in Northbridge that focuses on exceptional customer experience and fast, accessible specialty coffee. Equipment is of the highest standard using LM KB90, Anfim and EK grinders, juggler, Puqpress, Excellent coffees on periodic rotation from roasters such as Stitch, Market Lane, Wood & Co

Part time & full time positions available

**Key skills & experience we’re looking for**

You must have the following..
- Great communication Must love a bit of banter
- Experience with specialty coffee
- A genuine obsession with specialty coffee - you must understand how to taste, how to dial in and how to articulate the differences between certain roast, origin and processing profiles.
- Willing to adapt, learn and teach
- Solid experience in a high volume café environment
- Be able to manage various other duties behind the coffee bar and stock
- Experience with POS and on cashier
- Availability to work a variety of weekdays and weekends

You would be joining a talented team of competent baristas that know what they are doing and are there when you need

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.15 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
