We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist working across our Dandenong, Mulgrave, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Casey clinics. This role is a full time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 6.30am to 9:30pm

What will you be doing?

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Be the first point of contact for patients at reception Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) Providing excellent customer service and patient care Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

To be successful in this role, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided. You'll be flexible working autonomously and in a team environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
