An initial 12-month opportunity exists for a HR Services Coordinator to join our people focussed HR Services team. This role is based in Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast and will report to the HR Services Leader. In this role, the HR Services Coordinator will be responsible for handling initial HR enquiries, processing employment changes along with creating subsequent related documentation supporting new hires with their pre-commencement requirements and liaising with key stakeholders to deliver within agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Ensure new starter and processes are completed.
- Maintaining employee documentation and records.
- Provide first level support for HR enquiries including policy interpretation, process enquiries and best practice.
- Support policy and process rollouts.
- Support the transition to online self-service processes.
- Assist HR Services Leader with continuous process improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar.
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR.
- High level focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Process improvement experience and a solution orientated mindset would be an advantage.
- Ability to interact and influence across all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
