About the Opportunities: We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff to join our Kisumé team. Work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry. Experience, Skills and Attributes: - Experience as Section Waitstaff in a premium venue - Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables - Ability to carry three plates is advantageous - Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded - Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Must have an RSA certificate Working with LUCAS Restaurants: People are at the core of our success.
