Little Kids Club, is a modern, purpose-built, boutique sized centre, caring for the needs of up to 64 children. Our centre's leadership team, offer a depth of early years experience and knowledge that any room leader would aspire to have access to.

**About the Role**

You will be responsible for guiding and leading a team of passionate early childhood educators in our Toddlers room (2-3 yo)

You will be **empowered** to:

- Plan, implement and evaluate programs for our toddlers
- Lead, mentor and motivate a small team of educators, ensuring the highest level of care is provided
- Create an environment that is safe, inviting and stimulating, that educators, and children want to be part of.
- Record milestones, observations and daily routines of the children using the Early Works programme.

**What you will need**
- **Diploma of Early Childhood Education** or working towards
- Previous room leader experience (desirable); or
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
