Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is located in a perfect central beachside location, an area priding itself on its laid-back lifestyle, tranquil waters, historic ocean baths and plenty of green spaces.
**What's the job?**
This role will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver administration of the hotel’s key people processes including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations and provide first point of contact HR business support to the hotel teams as required. This is a cluster role supporting both Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach and Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point, working three (3) days per week with an occasional fourth day depending on business needs.
**What we need from you**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- Previous HR administration experience is highly regarded
- Strong time management, efficiency, and the ability to adapt and prioritise work under pressure
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
