Managed Services is part of Visa’s advisory division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.
In Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, Managed Services lead the efforts to help our clients deliver, execute, and implement strategic projects. Our team champions a solution-first mindset and Human Centric Design methodologies to design and deploy leading class customer engagement and portfolio optimisation solutions for our clients. We deliver on objectives from a shared value agenda, effectively becoming the trusted delivery team for our clients and partners. Managed Services is the fast-growing area of the Visa business where our people are the product - and the priority.
**What a Performance Analyst does at Visa**:
As a Performance Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with data analysts, product and distribution teams to shape the narrative around business performance across the customer lifecycle. You will be dedicated to one of our key issuing clients, helping them to better understand the correlation between marketing and sales performance through the funnel for Commercial Transact and Save products.
In this role you will also:
- Determine the performance of campaigns driven via personalisation initiatives
- Analyse and provide insights on Voice of the Customer to inform customer experience uplift initiatives
- Align on the performance narrative with cross-functional teams to understand the success of growth initiatives
- Leverage data insights to help shape product forecasting across channels
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and liaise with cross functional teams globally to create recommendations for the client
- Manage stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and data to deliver key insights and align on sales narratives
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client’s business.

- Experienced in business analysis and performance monitoring
- Motivated in delivering data-driven insights to cross-functional teams
- Experience in forecasting at the product, channel and campaign level
- Tech savvy, data led and knowledge of tools like Adobe reporting platforms
- Deep experience in managing complex projects and customer product portfolios
- Superior problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flex
