**Introduction**:
Since 1991, BBCR has been a leading community services provider offering a range of services across all ages. We are seeking to employ and support a Trainee Customer Service Officer (CSO) to complete a 12-month traineeship. This full time role (76hrs/fortnight) will be based at South Nowra.

**Description**:
The role is responsible for creating exceptional frontline experiences for current and new external customers, and friendly and efficient support of the internal BBCR team with a focus on operational support and service.

- Demonstrates business acumen and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including first booster as required per NSW Public Health Order.
- Has drivers license and can complete a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a pre-employment functional assessment (medical).
- Commitment to undertake formal training in a Certificate III in Business.
