6-week Marketing and Communications opportunity with a leading statutory authority in State Government

**Your new company**
This statutory authority is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications all-rounder to join their team based in Melbourne CBD. They are dedicated to supporting and improving Victoria’s education system, fostering new opportunities for the community and strengthening the economy.

**Your new role**
Working closely with the Manager, Strategic Communications & Major Events, you will be implementing and executing marketing and communications strategies to support relevant advertising campaigns and projects. You will:

- Develop targeted marketing plans and distribute advertising materials across print, digital and visual displays.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate, project manage and deliver materials that are consistent with the organisation’s goals and branding.
- Additionally, you will assist with marketing and communications associated with event opportunities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience managing marketing and communications in a large complex organisation.
- Implementing and executing campaign strategies and collateral
- High levels of internal and external stakeholder management
- Project management skills
- Strategic communications planning
- Government experience will be highly desirable
