**About the role**:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

- Assist Senior staff with administrative tasks, Event Co-ordination and on-site Event Preparation and set-up
- Organise workshops, Co-ordinate Travel Arrangements, Prepare documents, Manage calendars, and Update Educational Materials
- Assist with the Online Education Platform and help create new Education Materials; including online courses and presentations

**What we’re looking for**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, tech savvy

(Familiar with Apple Macs and I-phones is a MUST), strong administrative and organisational skills
- Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel nationwide and be available on weekends to attend, co-ordinate and set up a range of Events
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
