Pharmacy Assistant

We are a busy community pharmacy in Cremorne & are seeking a full-time pharmacy assistant to join our friendly team for weekday shifts and Saturdays. We also have a part time role for weekend shifts.

We're committed to providing exceptional customer service & building meaningful relationships with our patients.

We stock many major health and beauty brands & offer nutritional and health advice to customers.

The successful applicant must be customer focused, punctual, reliable and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with pharmacists to fulfill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering inquiries, and providing information on healthcare products.
- Provide basic information to patients on medication usage, dosage instructions, potential side effects, and proper storage.
- Coordinate our vaccination clinic.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organised pharmacy environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, checking expiration dates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
