As the **Head of GenAI Execution,**you will be part of the senior leadership team in the Data Strategy Execution, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Spearhead the bank's enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies across business functions.
- Drive the strategic leadership combining technical architecture expertise with product strategy execution to drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of high-value AI use cases while designing and scaling the technical infrastructure required for enterprise AI deployment.
- Balance technical expertise with business acumen to position the bank as an industry leader in AI adoption while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Lead GenAI strategy and roadmap and scale AI Centre of Excellence.
- Collaborate with Data Platform Lead Engineer teams to implement secure, compliant AI architecture.
- Lead the product lifecycle including cross-functional AI squads and ensure squads are aligned with product vision and goals.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- In-depth experience working in a similar senior leadership role delivering AI and Data driven transformation programs with proven track record of successful enterprise technology delivery at scale; and recent experience focused on AI/ML implementations.
- Exceptional experience in complex project, program, portfolio, and/or delivery management; preferably in banking and financial services; coupled with proven experience in the delivery of portfolio AI or data-driven transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI platforms or data transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly financial services.
- Deep expertise in building high-performance AI infrastructure and experience designing and implementing ML Operations frameworks and platforms at enterprise scale.
- Proven track record designing cloud-based AI architectures on Azure, AWS, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing technical teams in complex transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organisational boundaries
- Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approaches; and strong project management skills with a colleague and customer first mindset.
