HR Manager

We are looking for experienced HR Manager to oversee our day-to-day HR generalist functions and collaborate with the Leadership team, offering strategic guidance and initiatives that align overall company strategy. The HR Manager position directly reports to and work closely with the General Manager. This position will cover a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee journey.
- Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement plans with team leaders.
- Performance Management
- Establish frameworks for performance management and succession planning to drive motivation and growth.
- Rostering
- Manage and monitor staffing, rostering and master rostering maintenance to ensure care standards are maintained within the budget.
- Drive the development and analysis of HR metrics to develop relevant HR strategies and solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a similar field
- 1-3 years' proved experience in HR roles
- Up to date knowledge of Fair Work Act/employee legislative requirements
- Experience in rostering and workforce planning practices
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Strong ability in using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
- Valid NDISWC clearance certificate or willing to obtain

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
