**Role Description**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians, fitters, electricians, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, including risk assessments, JSAs, audits, and inspections
- Maintain and review safety systems and procedures for the maintenance team
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective procurement of parts, tools, and services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Conduct routine inspections of plant, equipment, and facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Liaise daily with internal stakeholders to identify and address key maintenance priorities, minimising operational disruption.
- Lead fault-finding and root cause analysis for equipment failure
- Manage external service providers and ensure contractor compliance with site safety protocols
- Contribute to planning and execution of capital projects and equipment upgrades

**What we are looking for**:

- Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering degree
- Proven experience in maintenance management within manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment
- Experience with CNC machine maintenance (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and safe work practice
- Strong sourcing of machine
- Preventative Maintenance, sourcing of parts and services

Pay: $86,685.99 - $138,050.98 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
