**Terminal Operator / Reach Stacker Operator - Melbourne Freight Terminal**

Every day, Pacific National moves the goods that keep Australia moving - from intermodal containers to coal, steel, and bulk commodities. We’re now on the lookout for a safety-focused, hands-on Terminal Operator / Reach Stacker Operator to join our team at the Melbourne Freight Terminal.

This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, inclusive team that plays a critical role in keeping freight moving across the country.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate Reach Stackers and other terminal equipment to load/unload containerised rail freight and trucks
- Work in a 24/7 rail yard environment on a rotating shift roster
- Ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **C Class Driver’s Licence** (essential)
- **High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)**
- Experience operating Reach Stackers or working in a terminal/warehouse environment (advantageous)
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
