Join a premium Women's RTW (Ready to Wear) fashion band as an Assistant Store Manager for their DFO Home bush store.

**Your new role**
- Ensure all store employees are aware of their unique contributions to customer care
- Ensure the brand's values and standards are continually communicated to store employees to ensure a high degree of motivation for customer excellence
- Proactively give store employees feedback with regard to their interaction with customers
- Ensure efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service available to meet customer needs at all times
- Ensure availability of Merchandise to meet customer needs at all times
- Ensure individuals match up to their profile in key service areas
- Actively develop and maintain a professional positive relationship with the community and target market

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have minimum2 years retail management/Supervisor experience.

**What you'll get in return**:

- Your parking will be covered
- $65,000 + Super + Bonus
- Team size: 8
