Warehouse Operations Analyst

***In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Analysing and interpreting large data sets related to warehouse operations and related supply chain metrics, using SQL, Excel, and Power Query.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Warehouse Labour Plan modelling
- Site Capacity analysis (Inventory Management)
- Monitor related Master data quality.
- Support key business initiatives driving better results to the business.
- Ad-hoc projects as required by the business.

***Skills & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, experience in warehouse operations analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel, and Power Query to manage data and extract insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to proactively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with related functions to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management principles.

***Preferred experience & skills**:

- Excel VBA
- Proficiency in SQL
- SAP HANA and SAP ERP Software
- Tableau
- Knowledge in related supply chain areas (Transport, Volume reporting)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
