**THE COMPANY**

Penguin Facades is an award winning design and construct specialising in commercial and architectural glass projects in Perth.
- Accounts payable and receivable control
- Payroll and superannuation management
- Financial planning, cash flow management and budget preparation
- BAS preparation
- Journal entries, financial reporting and reconciliations on QUICKBOOKS

THE IDEAL APPLICANT

**Will be** positive, organised, highly motivated, flexible and will place a high importance on accuracy and attention to detail.

**Will have**
- (i) A can-do attitude, high level of initiative and ability to work well unsupervised
- (ii) Accounting qualifications or 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QUICKBOOKS and MS Office

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- Bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
