Fluency Academy Esl Teacher

We are seeking passionate and experienced ESL teachers to join our global team. As an ESL teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels across different countries. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, creating a dynamic learning environment that promotes language fluency and intercultural competence.
**Responsibilities**:
Teach English conversation classes with an excellent accent;
Teach individual 45-minute sessions and 1 hour group sessions;
Teach in our methodology: all sessions have supporting material prepared by Fluency, are performed in our proprietary platform and trainers need to be trained in our methodology (the training is reasonably simple, requiring 1-2 hours)
Assess students’ language skills and provide constructive feedback to support their learning progress.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to language acquisition.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.
Teach English conversation sessions for students all over the world;
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification.
Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language to diverse student populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a global virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching English online to international students.
Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) or other language proficiency standards.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
