About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Understand the use of cleaning chemicals and the use of appropriate recommended products for specified cleaning duties.
Clean all kitchen/canteen areas ensuring effective surface cleaning using recommended products in the correct strength.
Provide a clean, hygienic environment for the preparation and delivery of meals.
Collect accumulated food waste and dispose of it appropriately according to the operational polices, work instructions and procedures of the facility.
