Maintain and update customer database for basic info and promotion info.

Generating data analysis and summary from reports and organizing feedback and improvement sessions with Business development team and management.

Perform other duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Basic knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
