**About the Role**
Are you passionate about travel, customer experiences, and quality assurance? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence?
As a Guest Experience Review Consultant, you’ll embark on an exciting journey across Australia, visiting our iconic Discovery Parks locations. Your mission? To ensure that each site delivers a first-class experience that delights our valued guests. You’ll review our operations through the lens of our customers, ensuring that every aspect of their stay meets the high standards we pride ourselves on.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct on-site quality assurance reviews, focusing on cleanliness, condition, and overall guest experience.
- Assess food safety and service standards at locations offering dining options, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
- Provide detailed feedback and actionable insights to site managers, helping to elevate our service to new heights.
- Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that every Discovery Parks location offers an unforgettable experience.
**Your Experience**
To be successful in this role you must possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative and flexibility to be able to meet our growing business demands at Discovery Parks.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in coaching and delivering feedback
- Food Safety training, desirable
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Ability to travel extensively within Australia
