Are you passionate about sustainable fashion, secondhand treasures, and supporting local sellers?

Join us as the **Store Manager** of our growing **Preloved Clothing Rent-a-Rack** store opening in Cooks Hill.

Hours would be approx 25-30

Tues-Fri with the occasional sat / sun

We’re not your average clothing shop. Our rent-a-rack model gives individuals the chance to rent space in-store to sell their gently loved clothing.

Each day is different, creative, and community-driven — and we’re looking for a store manager who thrives in this dynamic environment.

**What You’ll Do**:
+Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and rack rotations
+Manage Rack renter relationships and provide support, and guidance
+Coordinate stock
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere
+Assist with social media content, promotions, and community events
+Schedule and supervise casual staff

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:
✔ Has retail or store management experience (fashion resale is a bonus)
✔ Is organized, proactive, and thrives in a self-managed environment
✔ Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Loves fashion, especially circular and sustainable style
✔ Is confident using basic POS systems and social media tools
