We are a growing preloved clothing retailer committed to sustainability, quality fashion, and exceptional customer experience. We’re currently seeking motivated **casual and part-time team members** with a keen eye for style and strong merchandising instincts.

**About the Role**:
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, supporting both customer service and merchandising functions. You will help create an engaging, well-curated shopping experience through thoughtful product presentation and exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service at all times
- Sort, tag, and prepare stock for the shop floor
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including themed displays and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stock areas and the shop floor
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Previous experience in retail, especially fashion or secondhand
- A strong sense of personal style and visual merchandising flair
- Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts
