**The Opportunity**:
This is a full-time permanent position with Seadan Balcatta. You will be joining a close-knit and positive team, where you will mix inventory / purchasing duties with sales and customer service.
- Specific responsibilities include:_
- Stock control, ensuring that stock is maintained at the required levels and aged stock is managed
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Sales teams, and liaise with suppliers daily
- Generate reports using company software packages and Excel
- Reconcile POs with invoices, including the resolution of invoice discrepancies
- Process return merchandise authorisations (RMAs)
- Chase deliveries and manage ETAs
- Other ad-hoc duties around the branch as required

**About You**:

- Prior experience in purchasing and stock control
- A willingness to combine inventory/purchasing duties with sales and customer service
- Experience in the electronic security or electrical wholesale industry (desirable)
- Excellent multi-tasker with a high attention to detail
- An exceptional communicator
- Sound problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Fast typing & good PC skills
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Confident in learning new software and processes
- Full Australian working rights
