**About the role**

The **Trade Warehouse Operator / Counter Sales role** is a full-time position based at our **Bayswater North, VIC** store. Reporting to the **Store Manager**, this role primarily focuses on warehouse operations, with additional responsibilities in customer service and delivery support as needed.

In this role you will**:

- Perform a range of warehouse operations including stock movements, order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
- Operate forklifts to load customer vehicles and move stock within the warehouse.
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting and unwrapping products as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, product labelling, and presentation standards.
- Assist with deliveries when needed.

Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm.

**About you**:

- Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
- Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
